Installation and use questions:
1. The ceiling fan does not turn
(1) Check whether there is any problem with the contact of the fan power circuit
(2) Check whether the fan power supply voltage is normal
2. The fan is noisy
(1) Check whether all the fan screws are locked
(2) Check whether there is friction with others when the motor is running
3. After the power is turned on, the light source cannot be turned on normally
All of our products will pass the power-on test. If there is no light, it may be that the interface of the link light source is loose due to the bumps in the express delivery, resulting in poor contact. Just check the interface and tighten the interface. Another possibility is that the zero fire wire is not firmly connected, just reconnect it. 4. The remote control cannot be used

5. The light source appears slightly bright after turning off the light
Please replace the neutral wire of the wall switch (the switch disconnects the neutral wire at this moment, and the normal requirement is to disconnect the live wire). If you still can't solve it, please contact our customer service
